What is your favorite move to drill the hell out of? The one that doesn't make snese after you've done it long enough, and then you have to stop and shake it out before starting again. The one that if you actually do it long enough, you begin to see real progress?

Figure 8s.

And then the one move that the more you do it the worse it looks?

Snakey arms.

    It used to be 3/4 shimmy, but currently it's pelvic squares (Suhaila does some things with them that make my brain bubble.) Maybe 3/4 shimmy is the answer to the second question.

    How was Andy's Fri??????? I wanted to make it, but my husband was out of town.

    ............working on some snakey arms......feel like i need to keep on working......one move, so may possibilities..........

      I'm always so amazed that after several minutes of figure 8s, my hips seem so much more flexible and I can actually see the move get bigger.

      And there's always a part in the middle of snakey arm drills where everything seems to be moving smoothly (but still with tension!), from one segment to the next, and then it gets all screwed up and I have to quit and start over. Body waves are like that for me too, I think I have it after a couple minutes, and then I totally lose it and it's so small again.

      Always a work in progress, I guess.
