The coupon is for 50% off your eyewear purchase (opthalmic frames only or Rx sunwear) at LC, Pearle, Sears Optical
30% off at SGH or non-Rx sunglasses from LC, Pearle and S.O.

Check your vision insurance b/c the coupon isn't always better (ie: my husbands insurance is better than my 50% insurance... go figure!)
